Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% is required (the remaining amount is then due two weeks prior to arrival, which can be split amongst your group if you wish). If your booking is less than 2 weeks away, full payment is required upfront.
Payment via credit card is also possible, but is subject to a 2.3% surcharge. Please advise us if this is your preference.
Cancellation policy
If a booking is cancelled:
*31 days or more prior to commencement of booking, your deposit, minus a $100 admin fee, will be refunded.
*Between 30-14 days prior to commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the 50% deposit.
*Within 14 days prior to commencement of booking, or after commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the full tariff.
Children
We ask that children are well-supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the fireplace. The buildings are raised high off the ground, and there are unfenced dams, and cattle, in the paddocks. It would also be greatly appreciated if children didn’t have food in the bedrooms please.
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 11am
Depending on other bookings, we may be flexible with check-in / check-out times. Please talk to us about your requirements.
