Black Sheep Inn Woolshed  –  from $1300 per night for up to 10 people (please include children in the number of people). More than 10 people will incur a charge of $50 per extra person per night.

For your convenience, we provide milk, tea, coffee, and chocolate, but please note these rates do not include breakfast provisions. We are happy to provide yummy self-serve breakfast provisions at an extra cost of $15 per person per day – just let us know in advance if you would like breakfast included in your booking.

To ensure privacy and exclusive use of facilities, the Woolshed is now available for whole-group bookings only. Please talk to us about different group sizes and we’ll see if we can accommodate you!

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard. Direct deposits preferred.

Payments: We require an upfront deposit of $500. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to arrival.

Minimum stays: Two consecutive nights for Black Sheep Inn. With public holidays, long weekends and special events such as FOOD Week and Field Days, we have a three-nights minimum policy. For the Bathurst Races event, we have a four-nights minimum policy.

Cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to commencement, the deposit, minus a $100 admin fee, will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled between 14 days and the commencement of the booking, guests will be charged the cost of the first night. After the commencement of the booking, the full fees due for the full length of the booking and number of persons booked is due and payable. If by law you are unable to travel due to COVID-19, we will provide a full refund minus a $100 admin fee or you may choose an alternative date.

COVID Vaccinations – To support what the wider community is trying to achieve and in line with health guidelines, we request that all guests are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless they have a medical exemption. We will be requesting copies of every guest’s proof of vaccination or medical exemption before arrival. This is to provide a safer environment to guests, our staff and our family, and to reduce the risk of having to shut our business if any guest is COVID-positive. All guests will need to scan our Service NSW QR Code upon arrival (but need only to check-out on the departure day). If a deep-clean is required due to a COVID-positive guest, the cost of the deep-clean to our premises will be charged to that guest or the organiser of the group.
