Black Sheep Inn Woolshed – from $1300 per night for up to 10 people (please include children in the number of people). More than 10 people will incur a charge of $50 per extra person per night. Rates subject to change in 2023.
We accept Stay NSW or Parents NSW vouchers! Please note that once processed, the value of these vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances (regardless of when or why you cancel a booking).

For your convenience, we provide milk, tea, and plunger coffee, but please note these rates do not include breakfast provisions. We are happy to provide yummy self-serve breakfast provisions at an extra cost of $20 per person per day – just let us know in advance if you would like breakfast included in your booking.
To ensure privacy and exclusive use of facilities, the Woolshed is now available for whole-group bookings only. Please talk to us about different group sizes and we’ll see if we can accommodate you!
- 5 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and air-conditioning/heating
- 5 bathrooms (private ensuites)
- Linen, towels, toiletries provided
- 2 lounge rooms
- Self-contained kitchen, with main essentials supplied (salt, pepper, oil, clingwrap, dishwashing detergent, paper towels etc)
- Fireplace with wood supplied in Winter months

Credit cards accepted, but subject to 2.2% surcharge: Visa, Mastercard. Direct bank deposits preferred, with no surcharge.
Payments: We require an upfront deposit of $500. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Minimum stays: Two consecutive nights for Black Sheep Inn. With public holidays, long weekends and special events such as FOOD Week and Field Days, we have a three-nights minimum policy. For the Bathurst Races event, we have a four-nights minimum policy.
Cancellation policy: If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to commencement, the deposit, minus a $100 admin fee, will be refunded. However, any portion of payments using the Stay NSW or Parents NSW vouchers is not refundable under any circumstances (regardless of when or why you cancel a booking – e.g if a group of 10 people each used their $50 Stay NSW voucher to pay the $500 deposit, that $500 is fully non-refundable). If the booking is cancelled between 14 days and the commencement of the booking, guests will be charged the cost of the first night. After the commencement of the booking, the full fees due for the full length of the booking and number of persons booked is due and payable.
