Black Sheep Inn – 5 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ensuite.

  • Individual room bookings – $280 per room per night for single or couple occupancy
  • Group bookings for exclusive use:
    • Monday-Thursday bookings – $1200 per night for up to 10 people
    • Friday-Sunday bookings – $1300 per night for up to 10 people
    • Please include children in the number of people

More than 10 people will incur a charge of $50 per extra person per night. 

Whispering Moon Cottage – 2 bedrooms (queen bed and 2 single beds), 2 ensuites, washing machine, exclusive use.

    • Monday-Thursday bookings – $300 per night for 2 people/1 room or $400 per night for 4 people/2 rooms
    • Friday-Sunday bookings – $350 per night for 2 people/1 room or $450 per night for 4 people/2 rooms
    • Please include children in the number of people

Facilities in both buildings:

  • For your convenience, we provide milk, tea, and plunger coffee, but please note these rates do not include breakfast provisions. We are happy to provide yummy breakfast provisions (that you would cook up for yourselves) – at an extra cost of $20 per person per day. Just let us know in advance if you would like breakfast included in your booking.
  • Linen, blankets, electric blankets, towels, and toiletries provided
  • Reverse cycle aircon/heating
  • Kitchen with electric stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge, Miele dishwasher, and with main essentials supplied (e.g salt, pepper, oil, clingwrap, dishwashing detergent)
  • Plunger coffee (you are welcome to bring your coffee machine if you wish)
  • BBQ with gas supplied
  • Woodstove with wood supplied in Winter months
  • Good mobile reception
  • Free unlimited WiFi (ADSL in Black Sheep Inn)

Payments: We require an upfront deposit of 50% per room booking or $500 per group booking. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to arrival. Direct bank deposits preferred, with no surcharge. Visa and Mastercard accepted, but subject to 2.2% surcharge.

Minimum stays: Two consecutive nights for Black Sheep Inn and Whispering Moon Cottage. For public holidays and long weekends, we have a three-nights minimum policy.

Cancellation policy – If a booking is cancelled:

  • 31 days or more prior to commencement of booking, the deposit, minus a $100 admin fee, will be refunded.
  • Between 30-14 days prior to commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the deposit.
  • Within 14 days prior to commencement of booking, or after commencement of booking, no refund will be given on the full tariff.

Check in time is after 3pm, check out time is by 10.30am

Children under 10 are not suitable for Black Sheep Inn, except for exclusive-use group bookings.

No pets please.
